When you contact us through WhatsApp, email, phone or a form on this website, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, contact number, email address, budget and property interest.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare property shortlists and, where you proceed, complete the documentation required by the Dubai Land Department and the relevant developer. We do not sell your information. We share it with developers, banks or trustees only when needed for a transaction you have asked us to carry out. When you send an enquiry through our website form, it is emailed to our team and a copy is kept in a private record on our web server so that no enquiry is lost; it is not publicly accessible and is used only to respond to you.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use basic analytics and advertising cookies to understand which pages are useful. Our website uses the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta that a page was viewed or that an enquiry form was completed, so that we can measure and improve our advertising. The pixel does not receive what you type into the form. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or manage ads in your Meta account, without losing access to the site.
