Danube’s presentation invites expressions of interest (EOI) of AED 50,000 for studios and 1 BR and AED 100,000 for 2 BR and above, and states that paying the 10% down payment gives priority allocation of units. The material does not say whether the EOI amount is refundable or how it is credited against the down payment, so we confirm this in writing before you pay anything.

Its presentation also highlights an upcoming metro station, a proposed mall and an international cruise terminal, and shows Maritime City as a future lifestyle destination with a shopping mall, sports park, kids’ play area, beach, cable car, sky-walk bridge, sunset promenade and mosque. These are planned or proposed items, not delivered ones, and we do not give delivery dates for them.
